Have you ever had one of those workouts?
Where you just don't have any energy? Last night I went out for a nice 5k run. While I was out on the run I alternated between feeling pretty good and really having some leg muscle issues. I'm still having the same issue with my right hamstring where it just aches and is sore. Also, I seem to have been having some left calf issues. This is probably due to not stretching well enough before I head out on the road.
I'm still working toward running the half marathon. I even have some funds raised for my noble cause of raising money for the Voorhees Taekwondo Development Program which helps to defer the cost of martial arts lessons for underpriviledged individuals in central Iowa. I think we'll be successful in our goal of raising $750 toward this charity.
