Happy Valentine's!

Hello Everyone! I'd like to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day, even though there are quite a few people that don't really celebrate on 'Black Wednesday'. :-)

It's still a good thought to let your loved ones and friends know that you appreciate them. If we all did this a bit more, imagine how much happiness we'd spread around. If we made each person we know a bit happier each day and they did the same for all of their friends, maybe the world would be a bit more friendly. I'm not naive enough to believe this will work, but there's not a big cost for trying so I'm going to work on it on my own.

Not much on the running front going on currently, we got a ton of snow so I'm waiting until the sidewalks are a bit less treacherous. The weather is supposed to warm this weekend so it shouldn't be long.

I also have a 5 mile race this weekend! It's the Red Flannel Run to benefit the local YMCA. It's great fun as everyone dresses up in their best flannel clothes and runs through the snowy streets having a ball. I'm looking forward to it.
