Workout Plan and Accountability

Well here we go! Now that I am done with my testing for 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and my Power Climb (which I finished in 11:16) I am planning on getting back in to a regular workout plan including weight lifting and cardio work. I have also talked to my girlfriend and she's psyched about getting started as well. We're planning on using a basic version of the Body for Life program as our structure, but modifying it to work with schedules and my running training for a half marathon.
My humble request is for all of you out there to keep me honest and keep on my case. Even just the comments on the blog help me to keep going. Jason from Running for my Life keeps me honest on weights since I know he'll be out there doing his SEAL workouts and Adam from Burning 20 will be out there burning his 1000 miles consistently and eating healthy. So if you have a comment, please send it along to me. It helps to know that other people are out there and reading your words. Let me know how you are doing if I haven't heard from you in a while.
See you on the roads and in the gym folks!
Alex

SIR, YES SIR!!!!
That's exactly what I'm looking for! It's tough to get started this week.
Thanks Kevin!
Great idea Alex. I'll certainly keep your nose to the grind stone.
I think you've already decided what you need to do so there's little more any of us need to do. You'll be inspiring everyone with all your actions. Congrats on the results - impressive stuff. You my friend are a MegaStar (2.0). :-)
