Yup, my legs hurt. - (4/84)

Another workout tonight, number four out of 84. Getting started was definitely the hardest part as my legs were screaming at me until I got going. Once I got warmed up I felt ok though. Not that it was a comfortable run, but hey sometimes it just isn't your day to fly along the road.
Summing the run up, I looked for a flat route to allow my aching muscles to recover a bit. I don't need a strength workout tonight. I went west from my house along the ridge of a hill that runs south from my house. I also tried to scout the route earlier today to make sure I wasn't running in too much snow. The run went ok, I had a bit of trouble maintaining my usual 9:30 pace, I think I'm just a bit tired today. Overall I could control my fatigue and run a fairly ok pace which is important for me to be able to do in my first 10+ mile run. I'm pretty happy with the run and will use this to build on to my longer runs over the weekend.
