D's First Run! - (32/84)

Or at least her first run in a reaaaaally long time. She did really well! We ran for a bit in the first mile and then speed walked the rest. It was really cold with the northwest wind, but we made it back home no problem.

We'll keep working ahead, soon we'll have D running 5k road races, no problem. :-) Just don't tell HER that. :-) Seriously though, I think she'll get into running a bit once we get over the initial part of getting off the couch and on to the roads.

I guess that's about it for today, not a very long post but it was an uneventful day.
