Just horrible...

I have no words to describe how I feel in watching the news from Virginia today. Nothing can be said that won't be re-hashed by the news networks in the coming days and weeks. I will not add anything to that picture.

What I will say is that I will be thinking of all of the students and family of Virginia Tech and praying for the support they will need in the coming times. I will also be giving my family and friends an extra hug when I see them. We never know when something like this can happen. It just shows how fragile things can be.

No workout report for tonight, we'll be back tomorrow.

For today, stay safe out there everyone and hold your loved ones close.
