Wow! - (??/84)

Wow! I can't believe it's been so long since I have posted! I thought I owed you all a post from the road.

I have been out in Maryland for my sister's wedding. All went well and we're now relaxing after the event is done. I have been away from an internet connection for most of the week while watching my brother-in-law's dog, so I have not been able to get some posting done.

Half marathon training is going well, I ran 3 miles today around some of the course and I feel that the hills are not too bad. I think that my training has prepared me for the run and that I am ready for the challenge. I'll try to blog a bit more in the next couple of days coming up to the run. I'll definitely have a race-report when I am done.

We'll try to get back to the workout plan when I get back to Iowa, I imagine we'll have some work to get back on track.
