Our favorite Zen-meister, Adam Tinkoff, has created another media project as he calls it. Another runner, found at anotherrunner.blogspot.com. He's also posted his workouts from Buckeye Outdoors and from his Nike+ site. Head over there and take a look if you're not familiar with Mr. Tinkoff, he'll keep you motivated.
In other news, my girlfriend and I have started working with a trainer and we're getting started on our running plan tomorrow! I'm excited to get going. I'm also looking at running the Frederick and Baltimore half marathons in the upcoming year. We'll see how that goes. I'm excited to get back to working out and blogging now that my hectic fall has slacked off a bit. I've missed being involved in this community. I've you're still out there reading, thanks for waiting on me. If you're new, welcome to the blog!
