Back into the freezer

Well everyone, we had a lovely day yesterday at 53°F and I even got outside in shorts!
Workouts have been going well and I have been seeing some weight loss already. Not as much as I'd like and my body fat percentage is still a bit high, but I feel good about the weight loss for now.
Last night I had a really tough workout, starting with weight lifting at the Body Project then continuing to a taekwondo class (where we did a lot of strength drills) and then to a 30 minute run. I really had to buckle down and gut it out during my run, but I got it done and felt good about the accomplishment.
It's really cold here right now with a real temperature of 5°F (-15°C) and around 30 mph winds. This gets us to a wind chill temperature of -19 to -22°F (-28 to -30°C). All of this sciency-stuff means that I'll be running inside again. It's far too cold for me outside right now. I'm pretty sure my lungs would be really mad at the end of that run. :-)
So we'll go with that for now and I'll let you know how this week goes.
